Herbal lemon tea is a great tea for everyday use. I like to drink a cup of lemon tea every morning when I get out of bed, it helps my digestion and my throat feel better and it gets my body ready for its first meal of the day.

Lemons have antibacterial and antiviral properties which help us fight diseases; they strengthen our immune systems and help us with our metabolism.

Herbal lemon tea is a really pleasant way of helping our bodies lose weight naturally, Just think how nice it would be to drink a cup of lemonade every morning to lose weight.

Lemon trees are mostly found in places with tropical or sub-tropical climates and can grow to be 20 to 30 feet tall. There are some types of lemon trees which do not get very tall and which you can grow in your green house, such as the Meyer lemon tree, this lemon tree can be as tall as 8 feet but can also be grown as small as 3 to 4 feet tall and still bear fruit.

Making lemon tea is very easy, all you need is one lemon and a pot of water. Boil the water then slice your lemon and squeeze the lemon juice into your hot water, stir then strain into cups. Add honey to sweeten it up if you like or just drink it with the fresh sourer taste of the lemon.

Making lemonade is another great way to drink lemons, when making lemonade remember to use organic sugar or cane sugar because it will help support your immune system and keep the lemon juice full of beneficial qualities instead of destroying it.
