Fennel tea works well for weight loss and has many benefits

Fennel tea is an amazing tea, one of its many benefits is the ability to be used as an appetite suppressant. This works by curving our appetite so we do not eat so much.

Fennel works great in this respect because another benefit it has which goes in line with losing weight is the ability to reduce gas and bloating and to create a better digestive atmosphere. Making tea from fennel is very easy to do, all you need is a spoonful of fennel seeds and a pot of water, place the spoonful of fennel seeds into your pot, bring to a boil then let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain if desired into cups and drink with honey and lemon for flavoring, or alone just as fennel tea.
